Steps

1
How to Create Number Groups
2
Click on "Phone System" to get started.
3
Now, go to "Phone Numbers".
4
Go ahead and click on the addition symbol in the "Number Groups" section here
5
Place a name on your group. For example, you might decide to have groups for numbers based on their area codes, the state or maybe even the time of day you'd like to use the numbers
6
Then choose an inbound call destination. For this example, let's keep it on a voicemail. When a contact calls numbers in your groups back, they will be directed to this destination, so choose what is right for your needs.
7
If you choose the voicemail option, be sure to select the correct message if you have created your own recording. [Learn more about creating your own voicemail greeting here](https://help.batchservice.com/en/articles/9792931-how-to-create-a-voicemail-in-batchdialer)
8
Now click "Save" to finalize your settings.
9
Go ahead and select your numbers in bulk here
10
Open your actions
11
Now click on "add to group"
12
Choose the group you previously created, then click "save"
13
If you ever need to make changes to your group name or the inbound call destination, just click on the 3 dots here, then go to "edit".
14
Hope you enjoyed the guided demo!
